Fantasy Football Who's Hot/Who's Not - QB's - Week 11

With only the Dallas Cowboys and St Louis Rams on a Bye this week and only the Cowboys Tony Romo being a viable Fantasy option at QB for these two teams you should not be scrambling around looking for a QB option this week.

Top Hot QB's Week 11

1. Russell Wilson - QB Seattle Seahawks - Wilson will be facing a Vikings defense that allows the 2nd most points to opposing QB's. Oh yeah, and the Seahawks will probably have their 3 missing starters on offensive line back for this one, and Percy Harvin will make his season debut against his former team.

2. Nick Foles - QB Philadelphia Eagles - The Eagles will playing against division rival Washington "Professional Football Team" for the second meeting of the season. These 2 teams started the season against each other but Mike Vick was at QB for that game. This time around they have Nick Foles in as QB who has not thrown an INT all season and will be throwing against a Washington secondary that have given up 19 TD's thru the air this season.

3. Matt Ryan - QB Atlanta Falcons - The bad news about Ryan is that he has become a match-up QB, the good news about Ryan is that he is facing a Tampa Bay defense that have allowed multiple passing TD's in their last 5 games. I'm thinking he can get it done against the Bucs this Sunday, who have given up 17 TD's thru the air this season.

4. Robert Griffin III - QB Washington "Professional Football Team" - RG3 will be facing an Eagles defense that has improved since the last time these 2 teams met. RG3 has also improved since that opening day game and was still able to put up over 300 yds in his first game back. Since it is a division rival game I believe RG3 will do what's necessary to get the win and with the Eagles trying to rack up points as well this has all the ingredients for a classic shoot out.

Not Hot QB's Week 11

1. Christian Ponder - QB Minnesota Vikings - Ponder and crew will be going into Seattle to take on the NFC leading Seahawks. Yep, not much else to say other than that.

2. Colin Kaepernick - QB San Francisco 49ers - Kaepernick is a good QB, against sorry defenses. This week he will not be facing a bad defense and instead will be traveling to "Who Dat" nation to take on one of the stingiest defenses to opposing QB's in Fantasy Football. The Saints have only given up 3 passing TD's in their last 4 games and no passers over 300 yds in that span (The Saints faced Tom Brady and Tony Romo in that span). With not many options to throw the ball to there is not much reason to get excited about playing Kaepernick this week.

3. Terrelle Pryor - QB Oakland Raiders - The Raiders will be facing a Houston Texans defense that have not given over 300 yds passing all season, like you would expect that from Pryor anyways, but with the game being in Houston I would leave this one alone. The Texans have given up 5 TD's in their previous 2 games but that is a trend I think interim coach Wade Phillips plans to stop.

4. Scott Tolzien - QB Green Bay Packers - As a guy who was just on the Packer's practice squad a few weeks ago I wouldn't want to put him in against an improved Giants defense that have not given up a TD to a QB for the last 3 games. I don't see an upside in this game for the Packers passing offense.

I hope this list can help you and maybe make some tough decisions you had a little easier. Be sure to check out my other posts and check back often for more Sports News & Analysis.
