NFL Week 9 Mayhem 2013

Another Weekend Down, Another Weekend of Mayhem.

Quick Recap of a few games from week 9 in the NFL:

We are down another week, which just as every other week brings more intriguing and interesting news out of the NFL. We have a major problem going on down in Miami with one teammate accusing another of bullying (With news breaking today about how serious of an issue this actually is involving racial slurs) and I just so happen to have a transcript of what was left on Jonathan Martin's voicemail by soon to be ex-teammate Richie Incognito, so tell me what you think about this:
(Courtesy of ESPN)

"Hey, wassup, you half n----- piece of s---. I saw you on Twitter, you been training 10 weeks. [I want to] s--- in your f---ing mouth. [I'm going to] slap your f---ing mouth. [I'm going to] slap your real mother across the face [laughter]. F--- you, you're still a rookie. I'll kill you."

Whoa!

Alright so its fair to say this guy has some serious anger issues and playing in the NFL should be the least of his worries at this point in time.

Well that's actually just one story from over the weekend. We also had a backup QB Nick Foles (Philadelphia Eagles) equal a NFL record, throwing for 7 TD's in a 49-20 blowout win over the Oakland Raiders. No, that's still not all the big news from over the weekend, did anyone see Houston Texans coach Gary Kubiak fall to the ground at halftime during Sunday Night Football?

Yeah its been a wild weekend and that is just some of the story lines from Week 9 of the NFL season.

So here is a few short recaps from a few games around the league, and also all of the final scores from Week 9 of the NFL.

Thursday Night Football:
CIN @ MIA:
Have you ever heard of a game ending on a Safety in Overtime? No, well me either until Thursday Night Football came around. I caught some of the game while I was on vacation in Vegas and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the game end in such a rare way. Miami's DE Cameron Wake sacked Andy Dalton with almost 6 minutes left in OT to end the game and help Miami end a four game losing streak. Most of the talk coming into this game was centered around the bullying I mentioned above but that didn't stop Miami's defense from coming to play this game with Wake tallying three sacks, and the rest of the defense helping the Bengals commit four turnovers.
MIA over CIN 22-20 OT

Sunday Afternoon Game:
KC @ BUF:
How about that WSU Cougar stepping up big against one of, if not the best defense in the league. Rookie QB Jeff Tuel, (WSU Cougar) played a good game against the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs, but just as expected the rookie QB made a few key mistakes in this game that helped the Chiefs steal the win away. The Chiefs defense actually scored more points than their own offense, which was held to 3 field goals, scoring on a 100 yard INT return for a TD, and also grabbing a fumble from Bills WR T.J. Graham on their own 11 yard line.
KC over BUF 23-13
